Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States to ensure the quality and safety of our perishable products during transit.
What should I do if my cheese arrives warm?
While our packaging is designed to keep products cool, some softening is normal. If the cheese feels hot to the touch or the vacuum seal is broken, please contact our support team within 24 hours.
How long will my cheese last once it arrives?
Hard cheeses can last several weeks when properly wrapped, while soft cheeses are best enjoyed within 5-7 days of arrival. Always store your cheese in the refrigerator.
Can I customize a cheese board or gift box?
Yes! We offer a variety of curated sets, but you can also build a custom box by selecting individual wedges and accompaniments from our 'A La Carte' section.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are happy to offer a replacement or store credit.
