Featured: Cheese and Charcuterie Tasting (Hyde Park)

Calling all Cured Meat Lovers - this one's for you!

"Charcuterie" is a French word that literally translates to "cooked flesh" but today encompasses a world of cured and preserved meats. And no, it does not have anything to do with cheese. That's why we're pairing two of our favorite, protein-packed foods together: Cheese & Charcuterie Pairings!

In this guided tasting experience, we'll explore various forms of charcuterie. Each meat will be paired with a cheese, as well as with other tasty goodies. 

One ticket = one person and includes:

• 5 cheeses
• 5 cured meats pairings
• food pairings like pickled veggies and mustard 
• additional treats like nuts and crackers (GF crackers avail if requested in allergies)

Beverages?

While water is provided at the tasting, you may choose to add on our recommended wine flight at the time of ticket purchase (below). Additionally, you may purchase beverages at the event, selecting from wine, beer, cider, sparkling water, and non-alcoholic wine.  Note: This is not a BYOB location.

Reserved Seating

We assign seats prior to your event. If you wish to sit with guests who are purchasing separately, we must be notified in advance. At the time of ticket purchase, there is a question prompt for you to list others in your group. Please note that we cannot seat groups larger than 8 at the same table. (Big groups? Know Before You Go:

• TIMING: We try to start our events as close to on time as possible. Please arrive on time or a little early. (Doors open 15 min before start time.) We'll guide all guests through a 2 hour tasting, leaving an additional 30 min for socializing. Total event time is 2.5 hours. 
• LOCATION: Event will be held in-person at our Hyde Park Community Tasting Room (500 Park Blvd, Austin TX 78751), accessible off Duval Street.
• PARKING: Limited free parking is available onsite and neighboring streets in designated areas; there is additional paid parking behind the cheese shop across
  the street.
